By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. It should be read with our Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. AI-assisted processing
When you use an AI feature, the content and instructions required for that feature may be processed by infrastructure and model providers that help us deliver the requested result. Those providers process information on our behalf to run the job you requested.
Only submit content you have the right to use. Avoid including sensitive personal information in prompts, uploads, or source media unless it is necessary for your project. We do not use your User Content to publicly train general-purpose models for unrelated third parties, except as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service or as you otherwise direct through a feature you use.
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, email, payments, media processing, job queues, customer support tooling, and AI inference;
- Payment providers to process purchases, renewals, cancellations, and invoices;
- Authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service;

We use necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and keep the Service secure. We may also use analytics technologies to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. You can control some cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect sign-in or product functionality.
6. Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain required records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and account status.
You may delete supported content from the product. After account closure, we may retain limited information as required for security, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain uses of your personal information. You can also manage supported profile, security, and cookie settings in the product.

layZ and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children
layZ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email [email protected] so we can delete it.
